  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
7.2 Ownership
AI-generated content created for you through paid services is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of A24Z LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A24Z LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Any interruption or cessation of the App
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A24Z LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
14. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
