1. Who you are buying from

Santa for Teams is sold by one of two companies that operate santaai.site and the Santa Claus AI apps (“we”, “us”): companies in the United States and Canada buy from STORIES AR LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA; companies everywhere else buy from A24Z LTD, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Your invoice names the seller for your order. Questions about these terms: info@santaai.site.

These terms apply to companies and organisations that buy gifts for the families of their employees, clients or partners. Purchases by individuals on santaai.site are covered by our standard terms of use.

2. What a gift includes

A gift is for one family. The family picks one of three greetings from Santa: a live video call (3 minutes of talk time), a live phone call (5 minutes of talk time) or a personalized video (about 60–90 seconds, one of the scenes on the gift page or the family’s own text). Every gift also includes an audio greeting, a printable letter from Santa and a Nice List certificate.

The greeting is created for the child using the details the parent enters: name, age, city and a few things Santa should mention. Calls can be made in any of the languages offered on the call form; videos in any of the languages offered on the video form. The gift page and emails to families are available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish and French.

A gift is used when the family receives their call link or when their video has been created. Until then it can be revoked from your dashboard and goes back to your balance. If a greeting fails on our side, the gift is returned to the family so they can try again.

3. Price, ordering and payment

The price is US $9.99 per family. The minimum order is 10 families, for the first order and for every additional order. Prices are in US dollars; any applicable taxes are shown on the invoice.

You order by requesting a quote on santaai.site/en/for-teams or by email. We confirm the number of families and send an invoice. You can pay by bank transfer or by card; purchase orders are welcome. Gifts appear in your dashboard as soon as we receive the payment, and the person named on the order receives access to the dashboard by email.

You can add more gifts at any time from the dashboard. Each additional order is invoiced the same way and added to your balance when paid.

4. Sending invitations

You send invitations from your dashboard by entering the families’ email addresses. Each address receives one personal invitation with its own link; one gift is assigned per address. We send a reminder to families who have not opened their gift five days after the invitation and once more in mid-December.

An invitation that has not been used can be resent, sent to a different address or revoked. A revoked gift returns to your balance. An invitation that has been used cannot be revoked.

You are responsible for having the right to send these invitations to the addresses you enter, and for using the gifts for the purpose described here: a personal gift to a family, not for resale.

5. How long gifts are valid

Gifts bought for a Christmas season can be used until January 7 of the following year (for the 2026 season: until January 7, 2027, end of day UTC). By that date a family needs to have started their call or created their video. Greetings are best made before Christmas: families need a few days to open the invitation and find a moment for the call.

Invitations that have not been sent, and invitations that have been sent but not used, expire on that date.

6. Unused gifts: refund or credit

On January 9 we email you a summary: how many gifts were used and how many were not. For every unused gift we refund US $9.99 the way you paid: card payments back to the card, bank transfers back to the account. If you placed several orders, the refund is applied to the most recent order first. The refund is made within 7 days of the summary; no request is needed.

If you would rather keep the amount as credit for next Christmas, the summary email contains a link to choose that. Credit is valid for 12 months from the summary date and can be used for the next order of Santa for Teams at the price current at that time. Credit is not refundable in cash after you have chosen it.

Gifts that were used are not refundable, including calls that were started and ended early, and videos that were created.

7. Families’ data and your company

The email addresses you enter are used only to deliver the invitations and reminders described in section 4. We do not add them to marketing lists and we do not sell or share them; a family that itself ticks the optional news box on the gift page gives us its own consent, separately from you. Our data processing agreement for these addresses is at santaai.site/en/for-teams/dpa; a signed copy is available on request from your dashboard.

Parents enter their child’s details on our website. Your company sees whether each invitation was sent, opened and used, and nothing else: not the child’s name, not the chosen greeting, not any recording. How we handle families’ data is described in our privacy policy at santaai.site/en/privacy.

8. Our responsibility

We will deliver the gifts as described in these terms. If something on our side prevents a family from using their gift before the deadline, we will extend the deadline for that family or refund that gift; this is our responsibility for that gift. Our total liability to you under an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Greetings are generated by artificial intelligence from the details the parent provides. They are entertainment for children and are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

9. General

When the seller is A24Z LTD, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; when the seller is STORIES AR LLC, by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. We may update them for future orders; the terms in force when you pay for an order apply to that order. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
