The Service allows you to order and receive digital content, including:

• Personalized video greetings from Santa Claus (Story and Full formats)
• Personalized audio greetings from Santa Claus
• Chat with Santa Claus online
• Free tools: printable letters from Santa, Nice List certificates, Christmas countdown, and the Santa tracker

The content is generated using artificial intelligence based on the details you provide (such as the child's name, age, city, and achievements). The Service is intended for entertainment purposes.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders on the website are paid through secure third-party payment providers; in the App, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing (Android) and StoreKit / the App Store (iOS)
• Prices are shown before payment and may change at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout
• We do not store your payment card details; all payment processing is handled by the payment providers or the respective app stores
• You are responsible for providing accurate order details (including the recipient's name and your email address)

4. Delivery of Digital Content

• Personalized videos and audio greetings are delivered electronically (in the App and/or by email) after the order is processed
• Typical generation time is from a few minutes up to a few hours; during peak season (December) delivery may take longer
• If you have not received your order, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@santaai.site

5. Refunds — 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee on paid personalized greetings ordered through the website
• If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at support@santaai.site within 180 days of purchase and we will issue a refund
• Purchases made inside the App via the App Store or Google Play are subject to the refund policies of the respective store; we will assist you where we can
• Refunds are made to the original payment method

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of third parties
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Resell or commercially redistribute the generated content without our written permission

We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these rules; in that case a refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, software, characters, and media assets, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws
• Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated greeting for private, non-commercial purposes (viewing, downloading, and sharing with family and friends)

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Service and all content are provided "as is"; AI-generated content may occasionally contain imperfections (e.g., pronunciation of rare names)
• The Service is for entertainment; the Santa Claus character is fictional
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order
• We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Children

The Service is intended to be used by adults (parents and guardians). Orders and payments must be made by persons aged 18 or older. Our handling of children's data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms
