A letter that actually gets an answer
Most children post their letter to Santa and never hear back. Here the answer comes the same evening: Santa says he received the letter, mentions one or two things your child wrote — the cat, the drawing, the new bike they learned to ride — and says goodbye until Christmas Eve.
Santa never promises a specific present, so there is nothing to explain on Christmas morning. If the letter is sad or difficult, he answers warmly and without details.

Is the reply really free?
Yes. One letter a day is free. If you order anything from Santa that day, you can send up to five.
How long does the reply take?
About five minutes. Keep the page open or wait for the email — the link opens the reply in any browser.
Can my child dictate the letter?
Yes. Tap “Record the letter”, let your child talk to Santa, then check the text before sending. You can also photograph a handwritten letter.
Which languages does Santa answer in?
Twenty-nine. Choose the language under “Santa answers in” — it can differ from the language of the letter.
