Partner Program Terms

1. Joining

Anyone aged 18 or over with a public social media account can join. Your code, page and dashboard are created instantly; we may decline or remove accounts that breach these terms.

2. What counts as your sale

A purchase is credited to you if it is made on santaai.site within 90 days of a click on your link, or uses your code at checkout. Purchases in the App Store or Google Play cannot be tracked and are not credited — always link to your page.

3. How commission is calculated

Commission is a percentage of net revenue: the amount the customer paid minus payment-processor fees. Your discount and our own returning-customer discount are not combined; if a customer uses one of our promotions instead of your code, the sale is still credited to you.

4. Rates

30% on your first $300 of net sales in a calendar year, 35% from $300 to $1,000, 40% above $1,000. Sales are measured as net revenue as defined in §3. When you cross a threshold, the higher rate applies to purchases from that point on. Thresholds count net sales within the calendar year and reset on January 1. Purchases you make for yourself with your own code earn the base rate of 30% and do not count toward thresholds.

5. Your audience’s discount

Your code gives 10% off all products on santaai.site for the whole season. It works on the website only and is not combined with other discounts.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a purchase is refunded or disputed, its commission is reversed. If it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

Card refunds and chargebacks can arrive up to 120 days after a purchase. If your balance cannot cover a reversal, we may ask you to return the overpaid amount, and we may hold a reserve of up to 20% of your balance for 120 days after your last credited sale.

7. Payouts

A purchase clears 7 days after payment. Every Monday we pay out your cleared balance if it is $20 or more; smaller balances roll over. Payouts are sent to the bank details in your dashboard — as a local transfer in your country’s currency where available, otherwise as an international transfer — at the exchange rate on the day of the payout; fees your bank may charge for an incoming transfer, if any, are yours. You can also request a payout on any day from your dashboard once your cleared balance is $20 or more. A statement and the transfer receipt for each payout are available in your dashboard.

8. Season

The season runs until January 6. Purchases after that date are still credited; the final payout of the season is sent by January 31.

9. Taxes and status

You take part as an independent partner, not an employee or agent, and are responsible for your own taxes in your country.

10. Advertising disclosure

Label posts as paid partnership according to the rules of your market — #ad, #publi, #publicidad, #Werbung or the local equivalent — visibly and in the language of your audience. You are responsible for compliance with advertising rules in your market; fines or claims caused by missing or misleading disclosure are yours to bear and to reimburse.

11. Children

Our customers are parents. Address adults, never children; do not ask children to buy, share personal details or contact us.

12. Not allowed

Posting your code on coupon or deal sites; buying search ads on our brand name and its variations, including misspellings and app-store search ads; presenting yourself as Santa Claus AI in ads; misleading claims about the product; spam.

Promoting your own posts and videos with your code is allowed and welcome. Buying with your own code for yourself is fine — see §4 for how such purchases are rated.

13. Enforcement

We may pause or close a code for breach of these terms. Commissions already earned on valid purchases are still paid.

14. Changes

We may update these terms with notice by email and in your dashboard. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.

15. Data

You do not collect or process customer or children’s data on our behalf; parents enter their child’s details with us directly. Your dashboard shows aggregated, anonymised statistics only — no names, emails or order details of customers.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
