A video call from Santa

Santa calls your child with video and really talks with them — your child sees him, and he hears every answer.

LIVEThis is not a recording

Your child can interrupt, ask anything — Santa hears them and answers. Live.

Questions before you buy

Is it a real conversation, or a recording?

Real. Santa’s voice is AI — he hears your child and answers on the spot, using the details you entered. Nothing is pre-recorded, so no two calls are the same.

What if my child freezes and says nothing?

Very common, and nothing breaks. Santa keeps talking and asks easy questions. If the call ends early, your unused minutes stay in your account — call again whenever.

When do we call, and do the minutes expire?

Whenever you’re ready — the same evening or on Christmas Eve. The link is in your email and works all season. Minutes carry over between calls until you use them.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The call runs in your browser, on a phone, tablet or computer. The browser will ask for microphone access right before Santa calls — a quiet room and speakerphone work best.

What happens to the details I enter about my child?

They’re used only to personalise this call, and never for anything else. We don’t sell them, and we don’t share them with anyone.

What if something goes wrong?

Write to us and we’ll fix it or refund you. Every call is recorded too and waits on your page for 7 days, so you keep the moment even if the connection stumbles.

Word for word: the call you just heard

This is the demo call above, transcribed. Santa answers live — the child’s lines were written and voiced for the demo, and everything Santa knows comes from the form below.

Santa0:00

Ho ho ho, Oscar! It's Santa Claus! I was just thinking about you. Can you hear me?

Oscar0:11

Umm... hello? ... Hi, Santa.

Santa0:14

Hello, my dear Oscar. I saw that tall block tower you built with Rosie last week.

Oscar0:22

The tower? ... How do you know about the tower?! ... Mum! Mum, he knows about the tower!

Santa0:29

Christmas magic, my dear Oscar. I see little things that matter.

Oscar0:35

Rosie's my little sister. She's three.

Santa0:40

A little sister is a dear thing, Oscar. But I saw you shout at Rosie and grab toys from her hands. Being angry is allowed. Shouting is not. That stops now. Tomorrow, use words and wait your turn. Will you promise me?

Oscar0:58

...But she takes my things without asking. That's why I shout.

Santa1:05

That can feel very cross indeed. Then it will be easy for you to keep it that way.

Oscar1:13

...Okay. I promise. ... I'll breathe first.

Santa1:17

I will remember that. Breathing first is a fine strong start.

Oscar1:24

Santa? ... Will I still get my present?

Santa1:29

I have remembered your wish. Your stockings will look very grand by the fireplace.

Oscar1:36

Do the reindeer live in your house?

Santa1:39

Not in my house, no. They sleep in a big stable, and I brush them myself.

Oscar1:43

Wait — how many are there?

Santa1:44

Nine, my dear Oscar. Rudolph leads in front with his red nose.

Oscar1:55

Okay. ... I'll be nice to Rosie. For real.

Santa1:58

That is good to hear, Oscar. I am losing my spectacles in the big book again.

Oscar2:06

Bye, Santa! Say hi to Rudolph!

Santa2:10

I will, Oscar. Bye now, and I will be thinking of you at Christmas.
